Private instructions are held at your time and convenience either at Sharon's office downtown or your home.

Group instructions are held at the Midwife Group and Birth Center on 1692 Chatham Parkway on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. There must be a minimum of three couples to ensure group instructions.

Doula services are offered for births at hospitals, the Birth Center and home births. Sharon prefers doula work at the Birth Center and home births.

All HypnoBirthing® Fertility Therapy Sessions and other hypnotherapy sessions are on an individual basis at Sharon's downtown office.
